I was thinking about what to write today and I thought… we all have to start thinking a little differently now because the market is so different than it was even a year ago.
Here's a quote for the day "The man who does not work for the love oIf work but only for money is not likely to make money, nor find much fun in life. "Charles M. Scwab
It is so true! Real Estate can be fun if you know the right tips and strategies and are willing to change and think a little differently.

HOW TO FIND REO BROKERS?
Okay, now you know what REOs are how they work, and what an REO Broker is. Let's talk about how to find these brokers/
A good way to obtain a list of brokers in any particular state is to go to REO Network;s Web site –www.reonetwork.com. You can search through the site by city, state or zip code to make a list of btokers in the locations that interest you.
Once you have your list call them and tell them that you are looking to purchase properties. Be honest about what your price range is and how fast you think you could close on a property.
When you get a lead, take a look at the actual property and also take alook at the neighborhood in which it is located. Make sure that you can afford the property before you go any further. Of course, you can always make a lower offer if you think it may be accepted but if that's unlikely, you don't want to waste the brokers time… or yours! Remember, as I stated in my Personal Secrets manual, make a low offer that is backed by reasoning, not just because you want to pay less.
